Nevertheless, WGA (i) operates as a separate entity from its law firm owner, and (ii) does not provide legal services or otherwise engage in the practice of law. Clients retaining Dasein will not enter into an attorney-client relationship with Withers Bergman LLP and any services provided by Dasein will be provided outside of the attorney-client relationship. Nothing contained on this Website is intended to constitute legal advice, nor should it be construed as Dasein agreeing to provide legal services to you.
1.4. Dasein may update these Terms of Use at any time so you should check them from time to time to make sure you have seen the latest version. Where additional terms and conditions appear on specific parts of this Website and there is any inconsistency between them and these Terms of Use, the additional terms will take priority over the relevant part of these Terms of Use.
1.5. If you are a client of Dasein, nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to take priority over or modify any provision of our professional engagement with you or our client terms of business, all of which will continue to apply and will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.

3.5. We do not screen, edit, or monitor User Generated Content prior to its appearance on the Website (although we reserve the right to remove any User Generated Content at our discretion).
