- Contribution by main applicant*: €600,000 or €750,000

*A €600,000 contribution by the main applicant is required when citizenship is applied for after a residency of 3 years; a €750,000 contribution by the main applicant is required when citizenship is applied for after a residency of 1 year.
**Lease option: minimum rental value €16,000 per year; or Purchase option: €700,000
Investment holding period: 5 years
Citizenship/residency requirements: At least two visits, minimum 20-25 days in Malta
Must establish “genuine links” in Malta.
